Bibliography and Resources

Some resources are available as free downloads to read, either on your computer, on your smartphone, or  tablet, downloaded at present from the googlebooks website as e-books or saved to your computer's hard drive or other storage device in pdf format.  Enter the name of the book or the author in the googlebooks search engine either to read on your computer or to download and save to read at a more convenient time.  http://www.googlebooks.com/  Other e-books websites of your choice might have the books as well.

Other books can be purchased and shipped to you or downloaded to read on amazon.com's Kindle e-reader http://www.amazon.com/ or other e-readers, or tablets that now proliferate.

As many free references as possible from various online resources will be posted and the links provided to access the resource. Many records have been digitized and the original images are available to save in your computer archives.
